Even when I'm the target, I try not to lash back in the same way... because I know how deep those wounds can cut. Be fierce with ideas. Call out what needs calling out. But let's remember the real people on the other side... including each other and maybe choose kindness where we can. It costs nothing, but it might just keep someone from breaking. We're all trying to survive this place. Let's not make it harder than it already is.
