i dont have any questions about monad chain itself my questions are about eco dapps why dont they have their own tokens or airdrops? without them, its very difficult to attract users. no matter how good the design, ui/ux, or overall platform experience is, without incentives, people wont care. this is web3, not web2 why arent there any memecoins on monad that are fully supported by the ecosystem and capable of reaching at least a $10 mln mc? instead, we only see projects reaching around $1 mln, like chog lmaooo unfortunately, without points, airdrops, and meme coins that give people the opportunity to make money, the chain won't generate much excitement. people may use monad, but they won't be talking about it.

i am once again asking for your most honest/brutal feedback about monad

@OtsukimiOtsu if you were in charge of marketing, what would you change specifically?

Always thought Monad has/had the potential to be a Top 5 project but is currently stuck as a one trick marketing pony, depth on one area but surface level on everything else. Personally think marketing is too try much relative to the chains product fit. And this results in disappointment from the community downstream. This used to be a huge flex and Monad raised the bar, but some point you gotta late the project speak for itself and it still doesn’t imo. The Monad cards were a great idea, and although I think the community was wrong in some ways, the process with all the boxes and stuff discouraged a lot of people. Didn’t help the market went sour after that. But that didn’t change from yesterday. I minted my Monad card and needed to connect my X account three times because the site (could also be privy) didn’t connect from separate devices. In 2026 this is something that should be solved, especially for MON that should have all the capital to deploy good UX that people like me or others I’ve worked with can do within a 4 hour work day. Quite frustrating and a continuation of last year. Of the top 5 apps on the MON ecosystem, 2 are huge swap exchanges. 4 of the 5 are trading. That’s great, I know it’s early for MON, but after 8 years we can only just have more swaps and launchpads? Offering grants directly via Monad would be helpful, not sidestepping it through DeltaV imo. Marketing has been huge but needs to be tethered to tangibility of the product and ecosystem. I have used MON as an example on why marketing can be too much and why it can be detrimental to growth if not applied organically and relative to product. Im really pushing for you all to be the best, I can easily see Monad on top in the next cycle.
