Palantir shares fascist manifesto denouncing 'regressive cultures', highlights expanding alignment with military state projects —— Shares in US data firm Palantir fell after the company released a 22 point manifesto on social media outlining its political and cultural positions. The document, drawn from themes in CEO Alex Karp’s book The Technological Republic, laid out the company’s views on society, technology, and governance, drawing attention to its increasingly explicit ideological positioning. Palantir, which holds contracts with the US, UK, and Israeli militaries, has been repeatedly linked to battlefield data systems and surveillance infrastructure, including its role in Israel's genocide in Gaza. The new statement sharpened attention on its alignment with state security projects, as it criticized what it described as “regressive” cultures and warned against “hollow pluralism,” while calling for stronger national frameworks and expanded rearmament in countries such as Germany and Japan. "Some cultures have produced vital advances; others remain dysfunctional and regressive. All cultures are now equal. Criticism and value judgments are forbidden. Yet this new dogma glosses over the fact that certain cultures and indeed subcultures . . . have produced wonders. Others have proven middling, and worse, regressive and harmful," it read. The company also defended billionaire figures such as Elon Musk and argued against scrutiny of wealthy tech leadership, framing cultural decline in terms of economic output and security capacity. .
