Rename 911 Dispatchers to 911 First Responders. Why? High turnover, high stress, low pay. (Pay increase coming in 2021.) Great idea that also reflects the power of word choice. Idea advocated by Representative David Abbott District 82 @GreaterFWInc 2020 Legislative Agenda review.
