An overcast breezy day on #SableIsland, a landscape in spring colours. In a sheltered area, a temporary pool of fresh water is in the middle of a cranberry patch. During winter & early spring, the water covers most of the patch, but it recedes with the approach of summer (1/2)

@MikmakiNews Avoid soaps/scents and water whenever possible until it heals, and wear gloves for chores. A pharmacist gave me the best advice: bit of cortisone cream mixed with a bit of polysporin a few times a day/sparingly, and moisturize like crazy in between. I hope it gets better soon!

My daughter has excema and she came home today and told us her friends do not want to pinky promise her because her hands flared up. 😭😭😭 She said the person made a face at her and they always pinky promise their other friends but not her. 😭😭 Ugh #DadLife my ♥️ breaks

My son was almost hit by a car on the way to school today.
On a walk signal at an intersection (Connaught & Quinpool) with a crossing guard.
Why? Because the driver was on her phone and didn't stop at the red light. I had to pull him back onto the sidewalk.
Do better, drivers.
