I'm starting to think it's not heat or hudmity. But some kind of demonic force that only comes out when it's warm outside and we've been confusing it for weather all this time. Some kind of 6 sense blanket that envolapes the entire island that sucks the life out of you.

i had a go at this in unreal :) using some simple blending tricks on a few masks made in substance designer and panning over stretched UVs

Hey gamedev artists, how would you achieve this small waterfall effect?

tell me how an ~indy game~ that dropped out of nowhere, got perfect journo scores and can not only afford a fully licensed soundtrack but also fancy goodie sets for redditor "content creators" is anything but an industry plant

Wow these Mixtape packages that @A_i sent out contain a fully functioning CD player and retro headphones straight from the game. This is so cool!!

@artbytav @Phoneeeeeeee3e Blue check accounts have a monetary incentive to drive the most engagement possible and usually the shortest path to that is to piss people off... Twitter's always been kinda garbage but it truly went off a cliff when *he* took over

@crytr_ @Phoneeeeeeee3e Thanks. I noticed the algo here seems way more tilted towards ragebait than other platforms.

@artbytav @Phoneeeeeeee3e You can hide their reply btw, don't let these ragebait accounts get attention they will say literally whatever controversial thing they can think of to farm muskbux

@Phoneeeeeeee3e Bragging? Interesting take. Crytek had & still has some of the world’s best graphics engineers & artists. I loved working with them & the art team.
I mentioned that they had Spom implemented back then & it’s making a comeback now. No one is asking you to enjoy Crysis 2 😂

@Bram_Duin I just zoom out a lot in pattern preview and darken / lighten areas as much as I can to get it looking even, then spot heal and a bit of high pass on a luminance blending layer above
