He's offering $62.50 a share in cash, and the rest in watered-down, overpriced GameStop stock, which he wants eBay shareholder to trade their shares for. It's a ridiculous offer, which eBay's board correctly rejected.

If Tesla took over with no competition, even if service doubled, you're looking at only 500bil. Robots aren't going to be worth 6bil+, especially since China has better ones

@SawyerMerritt I think $2500 is very conservative for 10 years. If the company executes on Robotaxi and Optimus, $2500 will be the bear case. $2500 likely by 2030.

@SawyerMerritt 0 reason for that. Robotaxis are not very profitable business and there is tough competition. Optimus - massive competition and at this point optimus looks outdated in comparison to in ex. Figure 03. Car sales - avarage at best. Energy - margins will fall sharply.
