@MayMeredith lol moly! I teach an oral history assignment too and yikes! now I ask students to upload recordings and they have to do an oral presentation on the narrators. These assignment is in different classes than the one above

I wasn't prepared for 5/25 students using ChatG*T for their take-home final exam. Instructions were very specific, which is how I've caught on to 2 of them. The other 3 must have entered the same prompt bc I got 3 VERY CLOSE versions of the same paper. All are "good" students 😦
