can someone explain to me why benching the player with almost 10 years on this team and is ready to take an IGL role is making more sense than booting our IGL that struggles to make 10 kills most of the time? so many aspects have changed with almost 0 positive results, i think this all points at the current IGL...

It’s clear, @FaZe_rainCS has an impact on players that no one else does. Wished we could have kept playing together, wish you all the best in the next chapter. Not only a team mate for many years, but one I can call a close friend.
