@jakevdp @TechRonic9876 Now that I've looked at it more (github.com/topepo/caret/s…)... I have a crap-ton of regression tests files for a few hundred ML/stat models. In each, are multiple analyses. They tend to use the same seed because they are often using the same data set and resampled the same way.
