@Mike_Stelzner You’ve made me believer Mike! Claude is amazing at coding. It’s enabled me to tell it what I’m looking for and Claude creates it on fly. I refine it, then upload the code to my site! Something I never dreamt possible with a non-coding background. So impressive!

I've been dreading this moment. Putting off the hard work. Letting anything else fill my time. Each year I get to open Social Media Marketing World. And each year I spend 100+ hours preparing. But this year, AI helped me discover a better way. Now before you think I just typed a prompt and called it done, that's not what happened. I was skeptical too. Could AI really help me create something authentic? Something that felt like me? Here's what I did... The first step was interpreting our research. I uploaded a 46-page PDF full of charts and tables into Claude. I asked it to help me. It analyzed the data and revealed observations that would've taken me hours to uncover on my own. My next step was to find external research to affirm my thoughts. So I moved to Perplexity. Nearly instantly it found precisely what I was looking for without digging through Google search listings. I then had a really big epiphany. Could Claude reverse engineer my way of thinking? I've had hundreds of conversations saved in my projects. So I asked Claude to study them all. To look for patterns. Its goal was to reverse engineer how I—the human—creatively direct AI. And to my great surprise it revealed patterns I didn't even realize I was doing. This formed the foundation for a framework I could teach. And now that flywheel is turning. Each day I come up with new creative ways to make my keynote stronger. I'm spending far less time on coming up with concepts and more time refining my message. It feels like the best version of me has stepped forward. The work that used to drain me now energizes me. AI didn't replace my creativity. It amplified it. Are you using AI to amplify your creative work? I'd love to hear from you.

Really big AI news from Google. It changes everything for businesses. Yesterday they rolled out automated AI agents for everyone with a Workspace account. And here's the cool part, you don't need to be techy. Here's how they work. You start with a trigger. Right now this includes receiving certain emails, chat messages, sheet updates, files added to drive, meetings you join, or forms completed. For example, let's say you update a column in a spreadsheet, that can trigger a series of automations. Then you can activate steps, which include: • Ask Gemini (trigger AI) • Ask a Gem (a custom GPT so to speak) • AI Skills (recap, extract, summarize, decide) • Gmail actions • Chat actions (notify person in chat) • Sheet changes • Drive actions • Calendar actions • Doc actions (create or modify) • Tasks • Asana actions! • Quickbooks actions • Salesforce actions Hopefully your wheels are turning. Some out of the box agents include: • Pre-meeting briefs in chat • Send guests summaries & action items after meetings • Get news headlines summarized daily • Notify team about new responses from forms • Get a daily summary of unread emails The easiest way to access this is when you log into gmail, it's in the upper right corner next to the gear. Here's my two cents. Google has a massive advantage because its AI is fully integrated into its massive ecosystem. I am very positive that the chatter at AI Business World (part of Social Media Marketing World) will be about this brand new thing Google just dropped. There's a reason Sam Altman issued a "Code Red" a few days ago. This is it. What do you think? Have you tried this yet?

@karpathy Love this 👍 I’m curious if you could use one of the LLMs in with a camera turned on while working out, could it provide real time feedback and encouragement? I guess they all will tell you how great you’re doing lol But that could be next level training! 🤔

I asked it to create a personalized weekly workout plan, and then posters that I can print on the wall to remind me what exercises to do each day. Tuesday looks more intense because I asked for "more testosterone" :D. (sorry I'll stop posting more nano banana pro stuff now)

Podcasts are one of the primary ways I stay updated on the latest in AI, specifically how AI leaders are thinking about the current and future state of industry. I get asked all the time which podcasts I listen to, so I thought I’d share the list (in no particular order): - The Cognitive Revolution - The 80,000 Hours Podcast - 20 VC - BG2 Pod - Big Technology Podcast - Dwarkesh Podcast - Lenny’s Podcast - No Priors - The OpenAI Podcast - The Mad Podcast - Hard Fork - The a16z Podcast - Google AI Release Notes - The Logan Bartlett Show - Y Combinator Startup Podcast - Lex Fridman Podcast - Google DeepMind: The Podcast - Uncapped These are all podcasts that I subscribe to. Each week I scan the latest episodes and then save the ones that are relevant. I probably listen to 5-7 episodes per week. Do you have any favorites that I’m missing?

Are we in an AI bubble or AI birthing pains? The U.S. added 119,000 new jobs in September (just announced). Yesterday, NVDIA crushed market expectations. CEO Jensen Huang says there is no bubble. On Tuesday, Google Gemini 3.0 Pro dropped. And it tops all the leaderboards. All this and we're not even three years since the ChatGPT moment. I'm trying to process this all. You see, this Tuesday I led an internal training on Google Gemini. We made a decision that we're using this as our main AI solution at Social Media Examiner. Why? One word: Integration. Google Gemini is deeply integrated with the entire Google ecosystem: Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and so on. All the tools we already use are all interconnected. Plus, it's designed to be multi-modal, which means it can see and hear. Google's image and video abilities are top of class. Only an hour before our internal company training, Gemini 3 dropped. Of course I had to scramble to update the slides. I got a little taste of what it will be like for presenters at our upcoming AI Business World conference. I feel pretty strongly that the tools that integrate well might be the big winners in 2026. I recall early in the AI race, Chris Penn told me, "Don't overlook Google." He was right. They invented the transformer (the T in GPT), have the data, and have the money to win this race. What do you think? Are you using Google Gemini? Are we in an AI bubble? I'd love to hear from you.

@SpeakerJohnson So FIX IT! Americans don’t care whose fault it is. At least there is something in place for those who can’t get insurance with preexisting conditions. Put forth a plan to fix it and provide reasonable healthcare we can afford. If those who need it all die, who is left to vote?

Here’s the simple truth: Democrats destroyed American health care.   The so-called “Affordable Care Act” was never affordable. They promised premiums would drop — instead, they skyrocketed by 60%, and millions lost their plans and doctors.   Democrats built this broken system. Republicans are fixing it — restoring choice, lowering costs, and protecting care for those who truly need it.

@SenBillCassidy ❌Not going to solve the problem. Why not regulate health care costs? Medical procedures, ins premiums, pharma? They charge what they want & force struggling Americans to find a way to pay for health care. Your plan allows providers to line their pockets, not solve the problem.

Obamacare is now the Unaffordable Care Act. To fix health care costs, we must address the root problems.   My plan would stop the funneling of billions of taxpayer dollars going toward giant insurance companies, and send that directly TO THE PATIENTS, lowering costs for all.

@Scobleizer @ChrisMurphyCT I have been watching this space the past 12+ months and this is scary. I had no idea humanoid robots had progressed this much. I will dive into this more but it feels like this will happen faster than the report suggests. Interesting read and thx for sharing!

@espn @Disney @YouTubeTV you’re only hurting yourself by this nonsense. You cut off millions of viewers, which cuts the MNF ratings and ultimately, ad revenue. Plus the optics and how that relates to brand loyalty. This will hurt your wallets more than mine. #MNF

A really useful prompt for writing: "review this for accuracy, look up any facts you may want to challenge or explore." Even if not perfect, it is a good sanity check. Works well with Claude 4.1, GPT-5 Thinking, and Grok 4. Weirdly, Gemini 2.5 Pro often won't do web searches.

@Mike_Stelzner True but if advertisers are decreasing their FB ads, where are they going to invest it? Even in a down econ? We’re pushing more $ into TikTok & seeing much higher ROI in terms of engagement/ followers. Perhaps I was secretly hoping the end was near (for FB)! 😁TY

@Mike_Stelzner Thanks Mike. We’ve been investing in more FB Aads and building a community on a FB group. This to me seemed like a signal to rethink that strategy. I took it as a downturn in FB and businesses are pulling back from the platform. Appreciate you’re perspective.

@csabbarese I read that Chris. I think he is signaling that ad revenue will be dropping and as a result so will revenue for FB—due to an economic downturn.
