@FreddieKraft NASCAR doesn’t have a tier system. They just sanction multiple series. It’s the NASCAR hall of fame not the NASCAR cup hall of fame. Why is this hard for people?

@kevin_spic34866 That’s the great thing about it being the NASCAR HoF and not a the Cup Series HoF. Recognition or great achievements by guys that never even really considered trying to make it to the highest levels.

I do believe lower series success COMBINED with a great Cup career should be taken into consideration. But when you make your career out of a lower series and then have 2 top 10s in your cup career, it’s an insult to drivers Newman, etc who will never get in but were much better

You can’t tell me “Ron Hornaday” or “Mike Stefanik” belong in when you have guys that had legit solid cup careers not in only because they didn’t have any lower series success. Too many get voted in each year. There doesn’t have to always be new inductees each year

The NASCAR HOF should ONLY be for CUP SERIES drivers. If you didn’t cut it in cup for WHATEVER REASON than I’m sorry you aren’t a HOFer. It should be for the elite of the elite. Truck series and Xfinity series regulars that had poor cup careers don’t deserve in.
