🚨 MORTGAGES 🚨
You asked for mortgages to be covered… so last night Martin, with the help of a panel of specialists, talked all things fixing, remortgaging and finding the cheapest deal 🏠

Hi Martin, yesterday I applied for my mortgage product transfer with @AskNationwide as my deal ends this month(Jan). Now today they have reduced their rates and won't allow me to switch to the lower rate. Is there anything I can do? I am so disappointed
10 days ago I sent Chancellor @Jeremy_Hunt a letter (below) asking him to postpone the govt's 20% increase in energy bills on 1 April.
Since, SEVENTY major charities (below), & the energy industry trade body have signed up to support the letter.
IF YOU SUPPORT THE CALL PLS RT
@Keir_Starmer@AnasSarwar The change we want is Independence and membership of the EU, not offering that are you. We're not going to be the useful idiots that get you power in England anymore. We're worth more.
@TheJoeySwoll You shouldn't offer to teach them unless you're qualified to do so. There's lots of people who think they know what to do but actually don't.
If you want to help someone, perhaps mention to a qualified instructor in the gym that could go over and help them if they need it.
If you see someone in the gym that has bad form or doesn’t know what they’re doing, you have two options:
Option 1: Offer nicely to help teach them.
Option 2: Mind your own business and leave them alone.
Filming them to post online to make fun of them is NEVER an option.
Dear @Ofgem & @KwasiKwarteng. Pls reverse the recent burden shift to the standing charge (rather than unit rates) for the next price cap.
It was regressive & means cutting usage has less impact on bills. Even those using NO energy now pay £165/yr for electricity, £99 for gas.
@dlj_dj Yeah I thought I'd missed something. You would think the opponent would have to clear the stone the 1st guy failed on to win. Seems like he wins cause he went 2nd?
Some people post certain Verstappen statistics as proof that he is a 'deserving' world champion, for example number of laps led. Does that mean Lewis should have been declared the winner of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix because he led 54 out of 55 laps? 🤔 #F1#AbuDhabiGP
@adamcooperF1@LewisHamilton@Max33Verstappen Yeah I'm sure we would all have loved to have watched the climax to a gripping season end with 5 laps of safety car and a procession over the line. That's why we all tune in 🤦
At the end of the day if you're a HAM fan you're upset. I personally found it exciting.
Whatever side you are on, @LewisHamilton or @Max33Verstappen, there's a bigger picture. Sunday night should have been the greatest day ever for F1 in terms of global TV attention, attracting new fans, showing the world why we love it so much. And the sport blew it...
@karunchandhok@CroftyF1@johnnyherbertf1 do you guys think the racing would be more varied and exciting with less practice time? As Karun said, different drivers do better throughout the practice. Perhaps too much practice and planning is bad for the race. #AskCrofty
@CroftyF1 arguably Hamiltons reign is not more dominant than Michael's given there is more races per season now. Michael could have won more races at Ferrari if there was more races per season to win. #askcrofty
