Just before midnight on July 29, 2025, this historic and colorful fishing stage, plus the smaller pair to the left, and the accompanying wharves, all burned down to the water. Firefighters had no access to these structures by road, and no ability to fight the fire from the water.

We were on the opposite side of the iceberg and noticed the sailboat approaching. It was a safe distance away from the berg when it approached and disappeared on the other side. Perspective . It’s our location and my zoom that makes it look closer than it really is.
