Pals Ma's Red hair has been Activated 😠 So I am staying here. Hugran slipped out of her 🦽 hit back and elbow. Pressed for Help, Nurse came. NURSE told her she could not lift or help🤷‍♀️ watched my Mom pull herself into 🦽 Does this happen at ALL Xare homes or just #Chartwell😡?

@MandyMay1982 @Baloowiththebr1 Thats what they do but you have to agree to go. Also Hospital you are taken to NO ONE wants to go to a min of 10 hour wait in emergency if lucky

@RuthHollandRic1 Was just asking for help up too because her leg does not work. Anniversary of my brothers Murder, she broke down on way back from breakfast, Nurse sat with her for a bit till she got herself together. I was billed $90.00

@cskydesign Oh no. I’m so sorry to hear this. That is absolutely appalling treatment. I could never just stand and watch if someone fell. Where is this persons humanity. I hope your mom is ok

@boganella1 She phoned her Dr who sent her for Xrays she is on blood thinners so Bruises easily so thinks that maybe it but just wants to make sure.

@servicerotties Don't tell people thats what you do to get you to move there or call yourself a nurse then If you can't change a bandage, assist someone up you are not

@cskydesign It's a system that's supposed to prevent employee injuries. But it's not very effective for patient care.

@cskydesign I understand completely and for me no one would talk to me they kept talking to her. Im her fulltime cargiver and med directive. They said she wasn't mentally declined enough for me to be spoken to ... the woman didn't know where she was, didn't know me, thought she lived ... 1/2

@cdntessa My sister who committed elder abuse ( emotional and financial) used her Job title Told nurses not to talk to Mom or my Brother (I was in another Hospital) My Mom was competent unlike your Mom. I get it you have to fight for any help, Deal with Medical systems and bureaucrats 😔🙄

@servicerotties @cskydesign I was thinking if it was an independent living facility, maybe the requirements are different. On the other hand, even if it is an independent living facility, they must have some requirements to help the residents as that's probably one of their marketing points.

@cdntessa Oh my Lord That is scary. Glad you came in time. Hope she is better now. we asked all the questions the answers we got we just not true. She is a Tiny woman 4'11" call a Careworkers if you need help. She just needed assistance getting up because her 1 leg does not work

@cskydesign I dont blame you i just went through a week of he🏒🏒 with my mum. She was in for almost 10 days, no shower& half the time her bed alarm wasn't on so she would get out of bed , I arrived just in time to grab her at one point. 🤬

@HazeltonJeanine They Have Careworkers who help with Things like Showers etc. Nurses on Staff 25/7 Mom also had an infection that her Dr needed a new bandage & cream put on each day- Nurse could not do that either. I had to drive out she had to come down because I still was not allowed in then

@cskydesign Was this a skilled care facility? If so, the nurse was very wrong.

@servicerotties It is Both, She Has help with Certain things like Showers from Care workers. Also Has a memory floor for people with Alzhimers.

@cskydesign Is this considered an independent living facility? Many of them don't assist with falls at all. it has to be an extended care facility and they usually use a portable patient list.

@Juliagoldielove I more than once have seen Elderly fall on sidewalk I and others pulled our Cars over Got out To check on the person and we were all Stangers

@cskydesign Terrible. It’s the disrespect that’s so sad for the elderly when they should be cherished. I know it’s only a job for that nurse but surely human compassion alone should mean she cared more for your mum. 😢😢😢😡😡😡
