Targeted @PacBio gDNA+Iso-Seq of HBV integration into HCC cell lines. They fully resolve the integration, show both non-chimeric and chimeric transcriptional activity, and use the Iso-Seq SNVs to identify the source. Superb work! journals.asm.org/doi/10.1128/JV…
