This week, we invite you to explore new ways for gratitude and mindful reflection. When we take a step back to connect with our present moment selves, we are able to better appreciate what makes up our reality.

The 50-30-20 budget asks us to focus on balance while still prioritizing our wellbeing. By emphasizing our needs and still allowing room for self-care and celebration, we are able to stay mindful with our money.
