@AriDavidPaul Exhausted pilots and surgeons aren't great ideas. Not to mention your health is the best investment you can make.

Gotta agree. I respect work life balance. I respect people who choose to prioritize things over their profession (truly). But…there’s a direct trade off. You’re not gonna be a pilot or surgeon if you need to always have the option of taking a break after 8 hours.
