There are two ways to protect your EBT benefits from criminals. The first is by calling 1-888-328-2666 and changing your PIN. The second is by using the new security feature on MyDSS. mydss.ct.gov/dmg/

Changes to SNAP are already in effect and changes to one HUSKY program is on the horizon. Make sure your information is up to date.

@GovNedLamont today announced that he is extending the duration of Connecticut’s currently activated Severe Cold Weather Protocol to remain in effect until at least noon Thursday, February 26, 2026, as frigid temperatures are expected to remain in the state.

The Norwich Resource Center will remain closed to the public on Tuesday, Feb. 24 due to facility maintenance issues following the storm.

The DSS Resource Centers and Benefit Center will be closed Monday, Feb. 23 due to the major winter storm that is impacting the state. If you need to check your benefits please log into your MyDSS.CT.GOV account.
