i love jax because he’s not the “perfect victim” and he IS flawed and he DOES do bad things and i wish more people could appreciate the unpleasant, realistic depiction of mental illness.

Jax is the perfect example of how some people can't handle a mentally ill character who is actually mentally ill, because the moment the character acts in an unpleasant or flawed way, they just want them dead. "How they dare to have actual emotions other than sadness?"

Idk why people are frustrated about this because gummigoo really was the first character she truly bonded with, saw him experience in real time that he isn't even real, and upon trying to bring him with her he gets vaporized. And she just kinda has to live with that.
