#CodeDeDeontologie #Ethique #EthiqueEnSoinsInfirmiers #ValeursInfirmieres #AppelAResumes #LeadershipInfirmier #CNA2026 #Winnipeg2026 #EquiteEnAction #Winnipeg

📣Calling All Voices in Canadian Nursing: Your Seat at the Table is Waiting. Nursing in Canada is at a crossroads, and we don’t just need more hands—we need your voice, your ideas, and your leadership. Whether you’re providing care at the bedside, studying for your NCLEX, or leading a national policy shift, you are part of something bigger. The CNA National Conference is the platform where we stop talking about the "future of healthcare" and start building it together. 🌟WE WANT YOU! Why You? (Yes, You!) We are looking for a diverse range of perspectives to transform our health systems: ●Nursing Students: You are the fresh eyes and the future—share your "big ideas" and help us see what’s next. ●Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs): Your global experience is a superpower. Help us integrate world-class perspectives into Canadian care. ●Licensed & Registered Practical Nurses (LPNs & RPNs): You are the backbone of clinical excellence. We want to see your professional practice initiatives in action. ●Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPNs): Mental health is health. Share your specialized expertise and help us lead on the national stage. ●Registered Nurses (RNs): From research to policy, show us how your work is moving the needle on patient safety and health system transformation. ●Nurse Practitioners (NPs): Show us how your clinical expertise is expanding access and innovation in nursing-led models of care. 🔬What We’re Looking For: We want to hear about your Quality Improvement projects, Technology implementations, Community health interventions, Nurse-led and Team-based models of care, and even those "outside the box" Calls to Action. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ⏳The Clock is Ticking! The deadline for abstracts has been EXTENDED. This is your chance to showcase nursing expertise and prove that our impact goes far beyond the walls of any single clinic or hospital. Deadline: February 17, 2026 | 11:59 PM EST Submit your abstract today: cna-aiic.ca/en/news-events… cna-aiic.ca/en/news-events… Don’t just watch the change happen—be the one who starts it. #CNA2026 #CanadianNurses #RegisteredNurse #NursePractitioner #RPN #LPN #RegisteredPsychiatricNurse #NursingStudent #StudentNurse #InternationallyEducatedNurse #IEN #NurseLeaders #NurseResearcher #NursingEducation #NursingInnovation #HealthPolicy #PatientSafety #QualityImprovement #NursingResearch #DigitalHealth #HealthcareChange #NurseAdvocacy #NursingExpertise #HealthSystems #CallForAbstracts #NursingConference #ProfessionalDevelopment #NursingCareer #CanadaHealthcare #DeadlineExtended

According to CIHI, in 2024, the supply of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) in Canada was 9,891— a 9.5% increase from 2023! Yukon (5.6), Newfoundland and Labrador (5.3), and Prince Edward Island (4.4) have the highest supply of nurse practitioners per 100,000 population, compared to the national average of 2.4. The demand for nurse practitioners continues to grow, as they deliver comprehensive care across the healthcare continuum and address emerging challenges within the system. @CIHI @NPAC We proudly recognize the vital role Nurse Practitioners play in strengthening Canada’s health-care system and celebrate our NP members during Nurse Practitioner Week, November 9–15. #NPWeek #NursePractitioners #CNA #HealthCare #NPsLead

Doesn’t look like shorts weather but it is…with a raincoat. #Lawrencetown beach is near impossible to stand up beside and this weird foam situation is fascinating. We are sheltered enough to cosy but power looks a long way from returning. #HurricaneLee
