@chris_neto Know your competitors, and your gear. Don’t be afraid to suggest the best fit, regardless of the manufacturer. Provide solutions on scope, and build trust. If the best end-user experience happens to be your product, and you can meet timeline there should be no close needed.

Q3 This maybe taboo: How much should you know about your competitors? Is there a perceived advantage? Disadvantages of not knowing? Do u see AV companies (Integrators/Manuf./consultants/etc.) as competitive or rivals amongst each other? Is this good or bad? #AVintheAm #AVtweeps
