Slightly galling for the Entertainment industry to have to accept their entire creative endeavour be stolen as training data. And then have it be used in quite a fun (and legit transformative) way like this. Tech seem to win both ways and with seemly no resistance.

Further to out previous piece, we trialed some ai texturing ideas to create this piece for #finvshistory original version in the comments. Ended up being quite a complex process and the output a bit janky but interesting to explore, I will outline the process later.

Have recently changed our history supplier from 'Rest is' to 'Fin vs'. In honour of their podcast and dads working from home, we hope you enjoy this little animation test.

Merry Xmas from Cub. Smashed this out in an afternoon.

Been trialling a new #AfterEffects → #C4D pipeline: animating mouths in AE, exporting the #lipsync keyframes through a slightly janky null-based bridge. Zero fighting with Cinema’s audio settings, zero unpredictable frame offsets, and a much faster pass overall.
