Sometimes protests can take a very long time to get through to a company… IDV lying about gaining 400 mil players and putting out that big reward I think is proof we are making an impact. We can’t give up on this not only for IDV but gaming in general being impacted by AI.

Okay 🧵 for boycott mass action. Based on cc contract Netease fully expects the boycott to have died down within the month, so we need to prove them otherwise. The dates are May 20th (Game Day) and June 1st (The contract that silenced Cc's ends May 30th)

@saintbetelgeuse I will also say the early fandom, before Toby’s stepping in, did not safe guard kids from things like Underlust the AU, still didn’t even after.
I saw things I shouldn’t have seen back then and I admit it now.

@saintbetelgeuse It hasn’t really gotten better if Undertale Bits n Pieces is anything to go by (creator was full on arrested for possession of CSAM), but most of the 50% of ten year olds are now… hopefully reasonable adults.
I also like to blame it for why fandom can’t interact without ships.

@cupidemonamour as someone who was like REALLY into specifically sans aus as a Young child. you are so right it sucked bad. both as a fandom and also like....the people in it. 50% of them were lowkenuinely criminals and the other 50% were 10 years old. top 3 worst fandoms i have ever been in
