During that visit, I was informed that some signatures were missing from my rental agreement and was asked to return on 24th March with the corrected document. I complied with all the instructions provided by the officials at that time and ensured that the required corrections were made before my second visit. However, today, after waiting for more than five hours at the passport office, I was unexpectedly asked to provide additional documents, including self-attested copies belonging to other individuals. These requirements were not communicated to me during my previous visit. The fact that there appears to have been changes in the documentation requirements without any prior communication to applicants reflects significant inefficiency in the process. The officials were extremely rude and insensitive. I have been told to come again with the above documents but I am not sure if third time would also work. Please look into this matter @DrSJaishankar @MEAIndia @passportsevamea @rpobengaluru
