Our Christmas themed Live Well Group is on Tuesday 9th December 1-3pm. Christmas buffet & musical session with Helena Lockwood. Our Live Well group supports people living with dementia and carers. Supported by Age UK North Cumbria and Rotary in Carlisle. New faces always welcome.

In partnership with Rebike Cumbria, we have a special event on Monday 8th December 3-5pm. The team can do free repairs and safety checks. If you have a new bike to be assembled for Christmas, they can help for a small donation. Our local PCSO can also help with security marking.

Thank you to everyone who came along to our illustrated history talk today with Stephen White telling us all about newspapers in Cumberland. Our next talk will be on 13th November when Stephen will be talking about local war memorials. See the poster for details of future talks.
