I’ve been in office for just four days, and to be completely transparent — there was nothing in place when I arrived. No team, no structure, not even the systems needed to bring people on board. We’ve got clear priorities and a strong vision, but we’re having to build everything from the ground up. @Terryboxing I remember this during lockdown Terry. Only thing is.. The “away”fighters had a proper go and also I don’t think the judges were influenced by crowd noise so there’s a possible silver lining to consider. Did you go to any of the lockdown shows in Wakefield?

Boxers feed off crowd reaction. The crowd has always been a thing. If you sell out (pun intended) to a vacuous environment, you're going to get poor fights as fighters, promoters etc. are getting paid, and that leads to a temptation to go through the motions. It's sportswashing.
