4/ Our first 3 vacant homes hit the market Oct 1, with more to follow as leases roll off. All told, this is shaping up to be a home run deal with over $1M in projected upside.

3/ Since closing, we’ve already tackled a ton of upgrades—landscaping, restriping the parking lot, interior painting, fencing, and general handyman work.

1/ Just closed on a 2019-built community on Sep 10! This one came with plenty of complexity… the legal hurdles of converting a rental community into owner-occupied homes were no joke… but we got it done. Who has experience doing these types of conversions?
