@LauraLoomer @marcorubio Did you sustain a head injury when you were in India?
English

Seeing all of @marcorubio’s photos from India makes me want to go back to India!
I love India. Such a beautiful country. So glad our Secretary of State and his supermodel wife were able to visit India and meet many of the same people I met while I was there. 🇺🇸 🇮🇳

@NimaYamini India can't be that great since it has the world’s largest diaspora and sends out ~2.5 million emigrants yearly. Surveys show a huge portion of Indians (often 75% in urban/young groups) want to move abroad for better jobs, pay, infrastructure, & quality of life.
English

@NimaYamini Indian success in the US is largely due to heavy selection bias. They receive ~72% of H-1B visas, filtering the upper tail of educated talent from India's 1.4B. The broader Indian population hasfar lower education levels on average. This isn't proof of inherent group superiority.

This man said why pay $3K -$5K to have your tree cut down.
So, he decided to light his tree on fire. 😳
Within about 2 1/2 hours, the tree burns down. He will take a chainsaw to the rest of it.
Looks like it worked like a champ! 💯
Did anyone see the squirrel run up the tree? 🥹
Many said be careful and warned of root fires, which are sneaky. They burn underground without flames. Root fires consume little oxygen and produce very little smoke, allowing them to go completely undetected. They burn at high temperatures and can sustain themselves underground even under snow cover, waiting to resurface when conditions are right. 🤯
I’ve never heard of root fires.
Have you ever heard of root fires? If you had the space, would you ever try this on your property to save yourself thousands of dollars?

@shiningfourth I'm not in full agreement with Steve Laws but how can Andrew Gold say England is gone & "it wasn't the Norman's land before they got here".. I could easily say the same about Israel. They weren't the first people to settle there.

@tbehann74 @Mick_O_Keeffe @museumsireland What are they even protesting for. The guy had a long string of convictions and prison sentences. He shoplifted from Arnotts on a previous occasion earlier this year. Plus he injured an elderly man whilst trying to escape justice.
English

@Mick_O_Keeffe @museumsireland look what happens when u mass import LOW IQ 3RD WORLD SAVAGES FROM AFRICX. African protestors have been placing voodoo curses at Arnotts department store this is the diverse utopia being forced upon us and u wonder why tourist numbers are falling off a cliff. Deport all AFRICXNS

@RiCHeeGee_ @Mick_O_Keeffe Same in my town in the North of England. Within less than 2 years the demographics went from being white homogeneous to times when I often find myself being the only white person on the street.

@AishwaryaBaddie If we want any "culture" in the West, we'll take it on our own terms. Not your terms or our governments' terms.

@__Unchained___ @comert_hakan @StevenEKuhn What looks like "laziness" is actually operating on an outdated social contract.
English

@__Unchained___ @comert_hakan @StevenEKuhn Post-WWII, Western nations created a strong social contract: play by the rules, get an education, work a standard job, and the system guarantees a stable middle-class life.
Generations trusted this. They optimised for stability and work-life balance because the system worked.

A follow up to the video in the link below:
I didn’t say Germans are racist. The Germans in the comment section did…and they aren’t hiding it.

Germany invited Turks to rebuild their country after WWII. Then spent 60 years treating them as outsiders. Now, with America pulling back, energy insecurity growing, and Ukraine on their doorstep… Europe suddenly needs Türkiye. The country they spent years trying to isolate is now indispensable. History has a sense of irony and a lesson. You don’t wait for permission to matter. You build. You show up. You take the seat. @__Unchained___ @comert_hakan @StevenEKuhn Meanwhile, many immigrants come from nations with corrupt/broken systems. They learned early on: the state will not save you.

@chaalbaazjasoos @TRobinsonNewEra The vast majority (roughly 80–90%) of the EIC's soldiers were local Indian sepoys, not the average English working man (who had no voting rights and often lived in poor conditions back home). Indians were too busy fighting each other hence why some of them allied with EIC.
English

@TRobinsonNewEra Tommy, your east India company, 300 years ago came to these countries and did atrocities beyond imagination.
May be it’s a pay ack and God’s will.
English

@TRobinsonNewEra It’s time to repeal religious exemptions permitting the carrying of bladed articles in public. The same should apply to exemptions for wearing motorcycle helmets and hard hats.
English

@PaulGolding He's already been convicted of that offence and has been in custody for 10 months pending sentencing, so whatever poxy sentence he eventually gets if any will be reduced by time already served.
English

@TheRealJamieKay Hospitality and justice toward foreigners were commanded within covenant boundaries and expectations of conformity to the law. The old testament as a whole makes clear that said foreigners were expected to observe the same laws as natives including many religious practices.
