An outreach program on Indian Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) organized on 22.10.2024 by Customs, Patna at Auditorium of Central Revenue Building, Patna under the guidance of Sh Ajay Saxena, Pr. Chief Commissioner, Dr. Yashovardhan Pathak, Commissioner, Sh Anish Kr. ADC.

Member Mr. Rajiv Talwar visited remote sensitive operational supply chain locations under Bishalgarh and Sonamura Preventive formations in Sepahijala District of Tripura as part of briefings by ADG DRI and Commr (Prev) on contraband seizures made with assistance of security forces. The jurisdictional personnel also interacted with Member CBIC in their offices.

The border Customs locations of Khab, Namgia, Shipki La, & Customs Station Kullu, were reviewed over 16-18th June, 2024 by Member CBIC, Sh. Rajiv Talwar, with briefings by Sh. SV Singh, the Zonal Chief Commissioner of Customs (Prev.).

On 14-16 May 2024, Spl Secy & Member CBIC, Sh Rajiv Talwar reviewed 3 remote LCS of Uttrakhand- Banbasa, Dharchula and Jhulaghat, located along Indo-Nepal border. He interacted with the officers of Customs & other stakeholders for larger trade facilitation & strong bilateral ties
