I was attacked 3 nights ago during a napep ride along odonguntan to Ilepo Oba, after so many beating and stabbing. I didn’t drop my phone oh. I fell from the moving napep.

Tunde used to count his money in silence .. Not because it was much, but because it wasn't. Every naira had a purpose. Family, transport, food, data, so he could at least talk to her. Her name was Amara. She didn't start off caring about money, or at least, that's what she told him. Back when love was enough. Back when long walks and shared drinks felt like luxury. But things changed. Slowly at first. She stopped picking his calls as quickly. Her texts became shorter. The laughter they once had started sounding forced, like something she was trying to remember how to do. Tunde noticed everything. He just didn't say anything. Until the day she finally did. "I can't keep doing this," she said, avoiding his eyes. "Doing what?" Tunde asked Loving you while you struggle. She didn't say it exactly like that, but he heard it anyway. "I need stability, Tunde. I need someone who has direction.. who can take care of things." Direction. Tunde almost laughed. If only she knew how many sleepless nights he spent trying to find that direction. How many times he skipped meals just to save. How hard he was fighting to become something better.. for himself, his family and for her. But none of that mattered now. Because love, apparently, wasn't enough anymore. "So that's it?" he asked quietly. She hesitated. For a second, he thought she might stay. "I am sorry." And just like that.. she was gone. No drama. That night, Tunde didn't cry immediately. He just sat there, staring at his phone, re-reading old messages where she called him "my future." Funny how quickly the future can change. Still, the next morning, Tunde woke up. Not because he felt strong. But because he had no choice.
