@dev_katyk Can we expect the appeals to have been sorted through by the end of the week? Or should we expect to miss the opr preview.

Some folks will see their penalties lifted today, thanks for the patience. Additional penalties will be lifted tomorrow as we continue our work.

Regarding penalty extensions, the team is still working on removing items and gold related to the server rules issue from last Friday. As that work is completed most penalties will be removed. In some instances the penalty will remain. (1/2)

@dev_katyk So when can we expect some resolution? Monday, I know no one will be working over the weekend, mid week? Two weeks of being banned from the game on all servers is ridiculous.

Hello Adventurers! After today’s maintenance there was an issue in which unique per-world rules were not being applied correctly. This issue allowed transfers of characters into and out of worlds where transfers were not intended to be possible. This issue was identified and resolved, and the team has been hard at work to mitigate any impacts on world economies. The following actions are being taken to rectify these issues. * All accounts with characters that transferred during the window when the issue was live, and those who took part in trading with transferred characters, have been temporarily suspended. * Length of temporary suspensions is determined based upon the actions taken by the player accounts that impacted the affected worlds, and are subject to change. * All characters created on Seasonal Worlds during the period when the issue was live are deleted, as the characters did not have seasonal rules applied to them correctly. * Territories claimed on the Seasonal Worlds during the period the issue was live are reverted to unclaimed status. * Player to player trading and the trading post remain temporarily disabled on Standard and Seasonal Worlds and will be restored as soon as possible. * Trading post contracts from affected characters are cancelled. * Items and coin traded between players or put into company balances by those who took part in the unintended transfers are removed. * Companies created by those who took part in the unintended transfers have been removed. * Players who used a transfer token during the time period the issue was live are sent back to their original worlds and will receive a transfer token at a later date. We are doing a phased approach to re-enabling worlds and will post updates as they are available, and the team will continue to monitor these worlds. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by these issues and the extended downtime, and appreciate everyone's patience and continued support as we work through them.

@NWGameStatus @playnewworld Radio silent all weekend, you broke the game and left us hanging, banning a fifth of the players with no recourse,not a good look.

@NWGameStatus How was it cheating? AGS allowed it? They can roll back the gold if they want but this is their mistake and they’re going to drive away a good portion of people who pay and play the game.

@NWGameStatus So I get a 7 day ban for holding gold for somebody after spending thousands on hours on this game. I’ve never bought money or cheated and I get a ban?! Fuck you AGS, you fucked up. Why am I punished? I actually play your game?
