@cuthbert169 Yes, you need to rein it in a bit before you reach maximum burnout. It’s a gorgeous day here which was unexpected but I’m glad. At least your shift would’ve passed by quickly lol. Plenty of rest is definitely a must. Health and wellbeing is everything.

@ShineBrightJill Got in from my night shift which was carnage caused by tarmac lol, law to themselves lol. Had a good sleep now in the gym getting my fix in, now steps challenge has finished just winding back the effort a bit
