@VimeoStaff @artphotofilm Any word on when this @Vimeo issue might be fixed? I put in a ticket two days ago and after an initial response of “escalating the case to the Specialist Team” haven’t heard anything. I’ve tried emailing twice, but no response. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

@VimeoStaff @artphotofilm I’m having the exact same issue. Tried to upload a new version of a video and got the “limit exceeded” notice. Now neither the old or the new version will play, and it’s a link for festival submissions. Already put in a ticket. Hope it’s resolved soon!
