Okay, I have a question. In the whole world, there is an increase in identity politics. Why can't the opposition leaders who are against identity politics get together and devise a strategy or solution to it, such as an international one?

৫ মে : বিজেপি আশ্রিত কিছু দুষ্কৃতী আজ দুপুর একটা নাগাদ কাটোয়া বাসস্ট্যান্ডে সি আই টি ইউ পরিচালিত পরিবহন শ্রমিকদের ইউনিয়ন অফিসের পতাকা সরিয়ে বিজেপির পতাকা তোলে। ঘটনা খবর পাওয়ার কিছুক্ষণের মধ্যেই সি আই টি ইউ নেতৃত্ব ও পার্টি নেতৃত্ব ঘটনাস্থলে পৌঁছে বিজেপির পতাকা নামিয়ে পুনরায় সি আই টি ইউ র পতাকা উত্তোলন করেন।

মারামারি, অগ্নিসংযোগ, লুঠপাট এগুলো থামতেই হবে। আমাদের সঙ্গে হয়েছে বলে পাল্টা দেওয়া হবে.... এই ভাবে চলতে থাকলে সমাজ বাঁচবে না। আমারও বাড়িতে ভাঙচুর করে ছিলো তৃণমূলের মস্তানরা কিন্তু তবুও পাল্টা দেওয়া নয়। তৃণমূলের যারা অত্যাচার করে ছিলো তাদের বিরুদ্ধে আইন ব্যবস্থা নেবে।
