not tipping a waged worker isn’t stingy… especially when it’s ruining tip culture for workers who actually live off tips. make $2.13 an hour if you want to be tipped for your barista skills so bad 🙂

what kills me about posts like this, more than the stinginess, is the PRIDE in stinginess. nobody has to know that you’re hitting that bullshit ‘no tip’ button on the ipad! no one but you and the person you’re not tipping!

Tipping culture has become horrendous. No, I am not tipping the barista because they made my ice coffee the way that it should be made. Tipping culture is for servers and other workers that don’t make their full pay and survive off tips. Is everyone okay?
