@thefizzeo That’s good to know! Hopefully some more to add on there, including a research update 😬

Just because someone does biomechanics does not make them a biomechanist, or at least not a biomechanist who solves problems. Don't be naïve, biomechanics is a super complex subject and requires a lot of knowledge - and even then there are few truths. I count on the fingers of my hands the biomechanists I would trust. And I count by the hundreds the athletes who do biomechanics and are still screwed.

‼️ Have you had a TKR? ‼️ Then I would really love to hear from you via the questionnaire 👇 I’m specifically looking at participation in cycling post-op, even if you are not a cyclist per se, your opinions are useful, as you may have used a bike for rehab. #tkr #tka #cycling

Is Your Saddle Angle Slowing You Down? gcn.eu/saddleangle 🤔 Why are pros such as Tadej Pogačar tilting down their saddles? 🗣 @conordunnealot speaks to @thebikethebody to find out 📐 Have you tried changing your saddle angle?

Coming soon (when we can work out how to download the recording). Would love to hear what experiences you all have with diagnosing and treating cycling MSK problems. #cyclinginjuries #cyclingphysios

@cyclingphysios @thecyclephysio @HP3_Tim @Barbarossafisio A lot of cycling related pains are given diagnostic labels when they can be simply symptoms of too much too soon or overload or indeed poor interaction of person and machine. We need to be careful with iatrogenic harm. Lets not over complicate things and give labels we then treat
