I want to share my experience with @Moonalt3 so others know what happened. I commissioned him to make five VFX skills for $225. We told him we needed the work quickly, but we didn’t set a clear deadline. He later used that to claim he made a “reasonable deadline,” which felt like he was twisting the situation. After seeing how slow things were going, we could tell the commission wouldn’t be done anytime soon, so we politely asked for a refund. He refused and gave excuses. After two weeks, the work he showed us was very low quality, didn’t meet the standards we talked about, and didn’t match the references. He was also unprofessional throughout the process. We gave him many chances to fix and improve the VFX, but each time the results were still poor. Then he accused us of breaking his TOS by deleting messages and starting a dispute, which we didn’t do. In the end, we got no usable VFX, no refund, and he ignored us for over two weeks. I’m posting this so people can be aware of how he handles commissions. Check the thread to see the full details.
