@Aella_Girl nah there's overlap between the effects of healing from trauma & becoming higher status, but there are unique outcomes from the former that don't apply to the latter - mostly related to compassion & empathy. if you just want confidence, the latter is obviously preferable.

is all of this therapy inner healing work etc. just trying to replicate the feeling of being high status?
