3) Program Coordinator (x2): serve as project leads in building and executing a 6-8 week summer program. Educate NYC high school youth, many of whom are just entering into the fight for racial justice, on topics such as identity, community issues & building political power

2) Curricular Program Advisor: weekly workshop development & participant/classroom mgmt. Special attention will be placed on offering advice and support on developing and adjusting a curriculum for HS youth that promotes critical discussions around identity, power, and privilege.
