Here's video of the collapse of the Francis Key Scott Bridge from this morning. The bridge was struck by a cargo ship just before 1:30 a.m. A search is underway for at least seven people.

@Real___iTamara I applaud you for showing up for your neighbors, serving and supporting and simply loving them despite your political differences. That is basically what we are all called to do. Keep showing up without trying to change them. Good job!

My neighbor is a Democrat. I have cleaned his house,I have had coffee with him at my table, I have brought dinner to him and his wife on several occasions, I have cared for his pets for him and even got his mail for him when he and his wife were sick. All that and he still sees people like me as insurrectionists who are in a cult.....

These final few weeks with my dad have been precious beyond words. At the end of every visit, he asked me to pray for him. Which of course I did. On my knees beside the big leather chair he was confined to for the past several months. But as I was leaving his house this past Saturday night, he asked if he could pray for me. As if he knew. Then, as was his habit, he said, “I couldn’t be prouder of you Andy.” The source of a word determines its weight. Those were wonderfully weighty words. And his final words to me. I’ll miss him every day until I see him again.
