This year I’m choosing me. I’m choosing to put my mental health first. I’m choosing to leave things & people that no longer serve me. I’m choosing to show up as my authentic self. I’m choosing self-reflection, boundary setting, skin care, & being intentional with my time & energy

Today is a great day for a fresh start, but it’s not the only fresh start you can give yourself. Remember you always have the power and choice to decide to have a fresh start whenever you need.

If you’re having a hard time and are feeling like you have to make all of these changes to have a successful start to the new year, just decide that you deserve the world and that is exactly what you are going to do for yourself in the new year, no matter what.
