Pride is when instead of feeling guilty over your sin, you choose to justify yourself for what you've done. Self justification is pride, no matter what scripture you twist to rationalize your actions. Pride is your problem!

A genuine minister's purpose is to reconcile (connect) rather than to conquer. As one aiming to dominate, they will go to great lengths to protect their interests, using people to fuel their ambitions. They prioritize outcomes over obedience, disregarding nothing in their quest for conquest. They show strength on the outside but very weak on the inside. To them, connection is seen as a hindrance, and love is perceived as frailty and vulnerability, by these guys. Like the road that leads to destruction, many find them.

Avoiding ministry burnout requires a paradigm shift from seeking power to embracing spiritual surrender. Sadly, 98% of ministers are trapped in this power-seeking cycle. The underlying reason? A lack of genuine surrender to Christ. One cannot surrender and simultaneously seek personal empowerment. Your fear of weakness(frailty and vulnerability) is unwarranted, as Christ's power is only made perfect in human weakness.

Christ is about a relationship not methods and regulations made by men. The deeper the intimacy, the stronger the relationship. The more rules, methods and regulations, then the relationship you claim is weak, if not totally absent.

Christ does not build his church on theological accreditations, worldly wisdom, or traditions of men. Those things are for those who want to enslave men. He builds His church on the REVELATION OF HIMSELF. Matthew 16:18. Only by revelation of truth can one be free indeed!
