《致 Monad 团队的公开信：呼吁倾听来自社区的理性声音》
尊敬的Monad 团队@monad ：
Monad本次空投中，测试网用户被集体排除在分配之外。这一情况在社区引发了激烈的争议，也让很多早期用户倍感失望和痛苦。
我们理解团队在关键时期必须作出种种取舍。但仍希望借由此信，传达一些来自社区成员的真实想法，这不是对抗，而是希望用理解换一份回应，用理性重建信任的呼吁。
一、关于社区的分歧：测试网用户不仅十分重要，更是早期的社区基石
在Web3，真正的社区成员，是那些在没有明确回报预期时，依然愿意贡献时间、热情与反馈的用户。
测试网阶段，正是这部分用户最活跃的时期。他们通过积极参与、主动传播讨论与反馈为 Monad 的早期热度、社交关注度以及机构关注度提供了重要的基础，更为主网上线积累了关键数据支撑。
测试网用户不仅是“早期参与者”，更是整个生态得以成立的信任起点。
二、关于“测试网是否有空投”的分歧：默认预期带来的伤害
我们理解，项目从未在测试网期间明确承诺过“空投激励”，但多数项目会通过早期明确说明“无空投”来避免用户误判；或者在设计上给予一定比例回馈，以维持用户的基本信任。
Monad 在很长的测试周期内既未正式否定激励，也未明确立场，导致许多用户抱有“或许会有”的合理预期。如今，这份期待在毫无解释的前提下被彻底打破，这才是情绪的根源。
三、一些诉求：用理性的对话重建信任
社区的声音，并非因“未得空投”就FUD。
但如下图中诸多用户留言所展现的，真正引发情绪的，是一种“被忽视、被抛弃”的落差感，很多人曾投入时间与信任，最后却收获了沉默与冷淡。
他们是早期的参与者，是希望得到一个回应的人。他们的失望，不该被视为敌意。
我们仍愿保持克制与理性，等待一个诚恳回应。
也期待你们仍记得，社区不仅是市场，更是你们曾经最早的盟友。
