所有排队的地方，他都有不排队的方法
比如你打投交易所转人工客诉得排队，那你就选小语种客服，然后你跟他讲中文
再比如说求神拜佛，观音那边全是求子的，你就去求姻缘，你想那菩萨每天干一样的活儿他也闹心，突然来一个不一样的请求，他是不是眼前一亮说不定档子事就给你办了
再说月老这边全是求姻缘的，那你就去求财，可能他的权限确实办不了，他管不了那么宽，但是由他把这个话儿转给财神，说不定真给你安排个副职
还有孙悟空这种，神通广大人脉广，但没什么人拜，你就拜拜，肯定吃不了亏
还有没事可以去博物馆看看那边的神像，那种一天看不着几个人，他有劲没地使，成功率指定高

何尝不希望实习计划的小伙伴们都找到实习
哎，感觉这次实习计划没给大家办好
第一次做这种大型campaign，一个人真的是分身乏术
活动策划，运营，任务平台的开发和维护，实习手册，实习每周的任务等等都得自己一个人扛
在 Moledao 待了也快四个月了，对于我来说真的学习到了很多
也希望大家也能在这次的Moledao 实习计划和我一样有所收获吧
这次活动的预算也很有限，自己也掏了一点腰包给真正有贡献的小伙伴
一共报名1000位，但正儿八经每天都会认真学习并且听课的只有将近150位

Hello，everybody！重新认识一下，我是庞克（Punk）。
疫苗大厂裁员后，我没有选择留在舒适圈，而是转身扎进Web3。
很多人问我：为什么要在这个时候跳进“兔子洞”？
以下是我的自述：
1/ 关于我的“过去”
• 线上教育大厂：英语学科主管， 运营 5400+ 用户私域， 屡创业绩最佳。
• 疫苗上市公司： 5 年药企 QA ，100% 合规交付，专注从 0 到 1 搭建体系。，守住合规是制药人的底线。
2/ 为什么是 Web3？
以前我相信标准答案：
稳定工作、清晰路径、KPI、晋升、履历。
后来我发现，很多人不是不努力，只是被困在一个更精致的格子间里。
我也是。
直到我进入 Web3。
从交易开始；
从看不懂链上交互，到真正参与支付产品；
从怀疑“这是不是泡沫”，到在迪拜共识大会见到一群来自全球、极度鲜活的 Builder。
我开始明白：
Web3 最吸引我的，不只是赚钱机会，
而是它允许一个普通人重新定义自己的身份、边界和可能性。
这里有技术、有金融、有内容、有社区、有产品、有叙事，
也有无数正在野蛮生长的人。
3/ 现在的坐标：
过去一个月，我从 @Moledao 实习计划开始系统入圈，学习区块链的前世今生，也遇到了一群极具生命力的小伙伴们。
尽管年长大家许多，但在大家的热情下，我也变得"精力充沛",求知若渴。
这一个月里，经常是七点起来，凌晨一点入睡。原本只想学习运营方向的内容，却在这里打破边界，尝试学习各类编程语言，也亲自设计过一个可用的网页。
后来进入全真社区，我看到了很多优质 KOL 如何持续输出、利他、建立信任。
现在，我有了新的身份：Paymight 大使。
接下来，这个账号会记录三件事：
1）一个 Web3 新人的真实进化
2）普通人如何从 0 开始做内容、做增长、做个人品牌
3）我在全新坐标里，发生的真实故事

大冰的交易计划就是贴近1U附近做多RAVE，然后看短期反弹50%到1.5止盈多单，等待RAVE触发交易
RAVE等待接多，0.95-1.0接多，1.5止盈多单，0.85止损多单。盈亏比很划算
心法:善攻者必善守，善猎者必善等待，等到符合盈亏比的时机出现时再动手。
