I’ve always had imposter syndrome, but jumping from comfortable career to entrepreneurship made it 10x worse. My Book of Wins saved me: While I was a PM at Amazon, I started writing down 3 wins per week in a notebook. Every month, I re-read them. Reading cold, hard data about my own victories helps me put my self doubt to rest. Without these wins, I wouldn’t have had the courage to bet on myself. Looking back over the last year of building @themidorico, I’m glad I did.

December was my last month at @_buildspace I couldn't be more grateful to the team and our community for an adventure of a lifetime. ❤️💙💛💚 buildspace in my opinion is the most innovative education product in the world. I've never seen a program and community that measurably increases motivation, resolve and excitement around pursuing one's own ideas like buildspace does. Let alone for 10,000s of people concurrently from over 100+ countries... on the internet!! I met some of the most promising builders, hackers, founders, artists and musicians starting their path to greatness. I can't wait to see where they'll be in a year, many are already taking off. I'm beyond excited to see all the new dreams the team brings to life and will continue to be buildspace's number 1 fan!! I was planning on taking a sabbatical.. but feels like it's a good time to get back in the arena. More on that soon. So today, I'm going to listen to some Porter Robinson, and ship an app to @_nightsweekends s5. Who knows.. maybe it'll help me get started on my next big idea. See y'all so very soon!
