Some prefer new books because they think rightness and recency are related. C.S. Lewis called this "chronological snobbery." I think he was right that we should prefer old books — not because they're more likely to contain truth, but because they're guaranteed not to contain today's lies.

@Guitarist_Mag "premium pickups", nah dawg they're mid-tier pickups. Fender has better pickups that they save for the custom shop. Also, traditional woods isn't necessarily the special feature people think it is, Leo chose woods based on availability and cost, not tone. Still love fender tho.
