@Jesse_Burns27 @On3 @d1baseball Yeah the SEC is the top conference for sure followed by the ACC second. For teams like UF/ UT one or two series wins to start sec play and your back in the top 12 at least. It also didn’t help UF that the best team they beat Miami lost the series to BC and dropped out this week.

@d1__Graham @On3 @d1baseball Fair points. Early season series losses definitely matter. I just think records plus strength of schedule should still carry some weight this time of year. SEC teams beating each other up usually looks different by May.

@Jesse_Burns27 @On3 @d1baseball FL was just at 9 then lost a series to High Point. Tennessee lost 2/3 to Kent State, their globe life event is the only thing keeping them in. A&M sure I think they were cautious with them after starting them #1 last szn and falling on their face but they have looked good.

@d1__Graham @On3 @d1baseball Tennessee at 19 and Florida at 23 feel a little low to me. Tennessee’s 12-4 and Florida’s 14-3 with a solid schedule. A&M at 22 could probably be a few spots higher too at 14-1. Just feels like a couple SEC teams are getting undervalued right now.

@On3 @d1baseball Pretty solid list overall, but a few SEC teams feel a little low and some ACC teams might be a bit high. Arkansas and Georgia look right near the top though. Season’s still young so this will change a lot.

Be mindful Josh Pastner record at Georgia Tech was 48-53 in three seasons and he was given 7 years. There are different rules for black coaches.
