I love walking. A lot of walking. I’ve stopped liking knowing someone briefly. No longer putting my hope that someone will have love at first sight towards me, or that they’ll understand my hundreds of emotions, my thousands of good and bad. I never liked situationships. “Old fashioned,” as people say. I like going from knowing each other to felling in love with each other. We no longer use alchol as a way to turn into lovers. We walk during the sunset, for a long long time. I love and hate the way our hands fail to be held together. I love seeing the orange sky cover the feeling I have towards you, watching our shadows getting pulled by the sunset and shortened by the street lamps. I prefer writing letters, not text messages. I want a formal confession, flowers that I picked, and a decision that was made seriously. Eating and talking during the walk is the moment we are cloests to each other. It’s only then that I’m truly close to you. We cherish those who gave us their most important qualities, like time, patience, and respect.
