Today we are excited to reveal Nomial: An Open Liquidity Network for the Modular Ecosystem. Nomial creates the first opportunity for token holders on L2’s to add liquidity to the Intents Stack and earn yield. 🧵👇

how do ppl decipher the rhetoric in web3? > An intent-centric architecture for decentralized counterparty discovery, solving, information flow control, & multi-chain atomic settlement wtf does that mean? No way anyone understands without thinking about it for 5+ minutes

Excited to chat about this -> @3dns_inc has been a great partner as the best on-chain domain registrar. They help to solve some of the major issues around DNS hijacking that ppl like @Namecheap expose teams to.

Happy to see a tool like @dApplingNetwork's, which monitors over 3,000 domains for DNS hijacking and alerts users. Improving domain security means reducing potential attacks—an important step forward.
LateToSlot@LateToSlot

We built a tool that detects web3 frontend attacks. It would have caught the Frax, Balancer, Galxe, Velodrome, and Aerodrome frontend hacks. These hacks all happened the same way. A hacker pretended to be the team and tricked the team’s DNS registrar into changing the nameservers to something malicious (hint - use a good registrar like @3dns_inc  or something like @ensdomains) So, we built a tool that: * Monitors the top 3000 web3 domains for nameserver changes * Sends notifications + alerts the team if there are unexpected changes If your a web3 user and don't want to get hacked you should subscribe to notifications for the protocols you use. If you're running a web3 frontend you should make sure it's on this list. Sites hosted on @dApplingNetwork  get added to this monitor automatically + some other security features. Thanks @eth_limo, @lumeweb3, @3dns_inc for the help + thoughts building this.

Re: @VelodromeFi / @aerodromefi frontend hack registrars seems to be the main weak point for DeFi frontends. Same thing happened with the balancer/frax hacks. @Porkbun ☠️🐷🍔☠️ was tricked into giving away access to their DNS account which allowed the hacker to create an API key + transfer the nameservers.

Re: @Balancer Hack x.com/balancer/statu… You can see that on September 20th, when they reported the hack, their DNS records changed (to point at the phishing site) We are working on some tooling to automatically monitor this stuff for DeFi protocols. If you're interested in trying it out send me a DM

The balancer frontend is under an attack. The issue is currently under investigation. Please do NOT interact with the balancer UI until further notice!

Re: Ledger Hack We built a tool for DeFi frontends that automatically stops these types of attacks. Frontends know what contracts they are supposed to be interacting with. They are typically hardcoded into the frontend. dAppling looks at your expected contracts, then monitors your production deployment and looks for interactions with unexpected contracts. If your frontend ever interacts with an unexpected contract that's bad ☠️ ☠️☠️ we send a critical alert + give option to disable the frontend. All with 0 config. If you're interested in early access send me a DM.

.@ENS_DAO service provider vote has started. If you like what we are doing, would love your support ♥️ TLDR: dAppling is a tool that makes it easy for developers to deploy secure decentralized frontends to IPFS & ENS. Developers connect their GitHub account, and with a few clicks get a decentralized site with CI/CD, preview builds, and best practices for a fast decentralized site out of the box. We believe that it’s instrumental for the front end layer of applications to become decentralized. As ENS continues to grow, new use cases are popping up. We envision a future where ENS is used to provide a decentralized access point for all applications. For this to happen, developers need a way to host their sites in a decentralized way with a great developer experience, good performance for their users, and web3 grade security. Improved our build logs to make it easier to understand how to debug failed builds. Also gives AI insights on how to fix the issue - works surprisingly well.
